Where can i see how occupied the house is during upcoming period?

The fastest way to see current occupancy of KulturHaus, is to visit BELEGUNGSPLAN page on Gruppenhaus portal

Are there any limitations of group sizes or amount of days when booking?

We can host up to a maximum of 50 people for overnight stays. Based on the size and capacity of the house, we can host group of minimum 25 people that staying for at least 5 nights.

Further options regarding occupancy can be discussed individually with Mr. Magjar and Mr. Hauber.

What is included in the booking price?

Included in the base price is the responsible usage of sleeping, dining, and cooking premises of the house for the time of your stay.

Cleaning fee will be charged additionally, and is not part of the initial booking fee.

You do need to bring your own, detergent, special equipment, bedsheets, towels, house shoes and anything else that might make your stay more comfortable.

We can also provide bedsheets and towels at a decent rental price.

Important: connected to the recent energy crisis and spikes of the living costs, we are charging additional 1€ per person/night to compensate some of the rise in prices. This will also be written on the third page of your booking confirmation.

When is my booking confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed/reserved when you send us a signed booking confirmation and pay 50% of the booking cost within 8 days.

We will be arriving with less people than what we booked and payed for. What now?

If it happens that you will not be arriving with the full group, we can recalculate the costs based on your prepayment with the final invoice.

How is it with cooking?

The kitchen has all the needed equipment, and can, together with a professional dishwasher, enable you to cater for your group.

Should we bring with us bed sheets, toilet paper …?

Your booking will be treated as self-catering booking, therefore you do need to bring your own: bedsheets, towels, house shoes, toilet paper, and anything else that might make your stay more comfortable.

We can also provide bedsheets and towels at a decent rental price.

How can we reach the venue with public transport?

1. Bus 660 connects Hagen and Bremen and stops only 10 min walk from the house. Check the 660 bus timeline.

2. Train station in Osterholz-Scharmbeck can also be a way to travel closer to KulturHaus from Bremen or Bremerhaven From train station you can take a taxi (TAXI Hasenbein: 047912525) to get to KulturHaus.

Is KulturHaus Handicapped and wheelchair accessible?

We have a ramp that makes it easy to come into the house. In addition, there is a shower & bathroom on the ground floor, which is fully equipped for the disabled.

On the ground floor there is a room with an electric nursing bed. Further nursing beds are available on the upper floor, which, however, cannot be reached with a wheelchair.

Animals are not allowed in the Kulturhaus.

We all love animals, but it is mainly for hygienic reasons and for other groups why we cannot allow to have pets in the house.

If your pet sleeps in the car and is not in the house at any time that is fine.

However, we would like to inform you that for hygienic reasons we have to charge an additional cleaning fee of 340,00€ should animal hair be found in the house on beds, sofas or in the kitchen.
